DXD-520A volumetric filling machine is a set of vertical volumetric packaging machine with the filling range of 150~2000g, which is widely applied to the packaging of white sugar, rice, salt, beans, seeds, corn and other powder products.

1. Z Shape Bucket Elevator (optional item)
This elevator has the function of lifting powder materials from feeding bucket to the hopper of volumetric cup system.
2. Volumetric Cup Weighing System
This weighing system has 4 volumetric cups to ensure the packaging speed and accuracy. One set of cups is for a certain range of weight. If customers need to change weight in wide range, additional sets of cups are required.
3. Form Fill Seal Machine
When the product finished weight measuring by volumetric cup, they will fall into the hopper of form fill seal machine. The machine will complete the process of bag-making, filling, sealing, cutting, date printing.
4. Product Conveyor
After the packaging process is finished, all finished bags are transported to the designated collecting area.
1. The volumetric filling machine is equipped with volumetric cup weighing system with weight error less than 1.5%, which is suitable for all kinds of powder products. When the target weight changes, volumetric cup also needs to change and the time of replacing cups is about 1~2 hours.
2. Z shape bucket elevator has a feeding bucket on the ground for the convenience of users and commonly works with weighing system. By the way, if the factory has the feeding system, do not need the bucker elevator and can feed the powder into weigh bucket directly.
3. The packaging unit is equipped with Panasonic AC servo motor enhancing the running stability and precise.
4. Panasonic PLC control system control the packaging process intelligently in the packaging unit.
5. The form fill seal unit installs Weinview touch screen control petal, which is convenient for setting running parameters and easy to handle by users.
6. In order to enhancing the stability of film-drawing, our packaging unit adopts double belts film drawing system.
7. For the beauty of sealing, we have installed constant temperature heating system ensuring stable temperature in the packaging process.
8. We use plastic bearing in the machine with no need for lubricant and ensure the safety of products meantime.
9. To ensure the same appearance of each bag, electro-optical sensor system is provided to realize automatic alignment on the packing films.
10. When the bag's width is changing, it will be finished within 5min or 10 min to changing bag-maker without any tools.
11. Our machine has a printer with the function of printing production date and batch numbers and so on.
12. The maintenance cost is very low because it has few damageable assemblies.
13. The parts contacted with product materials are all made of stainless steel meeting the requirements of food manufacture.
